Mr. Gonzalez has more than 12 years of experience in business and corporate management in the construction and real estate industry. He has served in different companies, such as Consorcio Ara, S.A.B. de C.V., Lógica Industrial, S.A. de C.V., and Némesis Capital, S.A. de C.V., where he gained valuable experience in negotiation and business expansion. Mr. Gonzalez held the position of Head of Finance and New Business at Némesis Capital, S.A. de C.V. from 2012 to 2016. Later on, given his extensive work experience and unique vision in the development and promotion of real estate infrastructure, he was appointed CEO of Fibra Plus, a one-of-a-kind Mexican REIT engaged in the constant development and expansion of real estate.

Mr. Gonzalez holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration for Experienced Executives from IPADE and previously studied Civil Engineering with specialization in Planning at Universidad Iberoamericana.

Mr. Blasco holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM), and has broad experience in the banking, industrial and commercial sectors, mainly focusing on corporate business, project financing and development, international and investment banking, as well as stock markets. He has held several senior management positions, including the following: Director of Investor Relations of Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos, S.N.C. (BANOBRAS), Executive Director of Corporate Banking of Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C. (Bancomext), as well as CFO of a number of industrial and commercial companies. He has also worked as an external advisor for Tiendas Super Precio (Tiendas Neto) and the North American Development Bank.

Mr. Blasco has also served on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies, such as MVS, Trademex, Moymen, Focir, Banrural and Intermex (a subsidiary of Mexico's development bank in the UK).

Ms. Reyes worked at Signum Research since July 2014 as a Senior Securities Analyst in several sectors: Petrochemical, Automotive, Infrastructure, Mining, and Industrial Conglomerates. She also served as Senior Analyst at Punto Casa de Bolsa and Interacciones Casa de Bolsa.

Since September 2017, Ms. Reyes joined Fibra Plus as a Financial Analyst and currently also holds the position of Investor Relations Officer. Ms. Reyes has a degree in Actuarial Science and Financial Management from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM) and is a CFA level II graduate.
