    Fibra Plus joined the S&P/BMV Fibras Index, the main performance indicator of the largest and most liquid Real Estate Investment Trusts listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

    Fibra Plus successfully completed the preferential follow-on offering of 116,301,032 certificates, equivalent to $829.2 million pesos, for subscription by the Trust’s Holders.

    Fibra Plus was able to acquire 70.9% of the outstanding shares of Fibra HD, in a transaction that resulted in the first merger in the Mexican Fibra sector.

    Fibra Pus acquired the industrial park 'T-MEC III' for Ps.486 million. The industrial park is located on the border between Mexico and the United States and has 46,521 m2 of gross leasable area and a capacity to generate an annual NOI of Ps.51.3 million.

    Construction activities in Salina Cruz, Oaxaca are concluded, the asset is now in tenant customization stage.

    The company completed the first phase of the “Torre Premier” project, in Tabasco, adding another property to the portfolio in operation.

    Fibra Plus announced the expansion of “Espacio Condesa”, incorporating an office component for the benefit of the Trust’s equity. Therefore, “Espacio Condesa” will have commercial, residential & office components.

    The Company carried out the acquisition of the “Sonora” portfolio, located in Nogales, Sonora. This acquisition has an approximate GLA of 54,936 m2, as well as the capacity to generate around USD$2.9 million rental income per year.

  • June

    Fibra Plus completed the refurbishing works at the Torre Arcos, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This being the first office property owned by Fibra Plus, with a GLA of 5,824 m2. The commercialization process of the building is underway, with CBRE as a general real estate broker.

    The Company completed the first round of preferential subscriptions for the CBFI holders, initiated on March 9, 2018. In which, 49,584,046 CBFIs were subscribed at a price per CBFI of Ps.15.0, i.e., a total amount of Ps.743,760,690. It is important to note that the subscription was made at a discount of 10.7% on the CBFI price when compared to its book value.

    The CBFI Holders' Meeting approved the investment required for the development of the “Home” portfolio, and two of the three land plots with a combined value of Ps.895 million were contributed to the Trust.

    Fibra Plus acquired the “Autlan” project, located in Autlan de Navarro, Jalisco. The property consists of a commercial development that began operations in 2014 and has a GLA of 5,017 m2.The price of the transaction amounted to Ps.67.8 million plus the corresponding value-added tax, as well as other taxes and expenses related to it.

    Additionally, the Company executed the acquisition of the “Baja California” industrial portfolio, located in the port of Ensenada, Baja California, with a GLA of 40,204 m2. The transaction price was USD$20.4 million plus the corresponding VAT and other taxes related to it.

    The Company’s Technical Committee approved the acquisition of a new real estate asset denominated "Baja California", which is subject to the findings made during due diligence. Additionally, the expansion of "Espacio Condesa" and the change in the GLA of "Heredit Acueducto" were approved.

    The acquisition of the “Torres Arcos” office building was carried out, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, with a GLA of 5,824 m2. The transaction price totaled Ps.78 million plus the corresponding VAT, as well as other taxes and expenses related to it.

    Fibra Plus, with ticker symbol "FPLUS 16", completed its Global Public Offering of CBFIs, raising Ps.1,575 million in its IPO, without including the exercise of the over-allotment option or the additional CBFIs.

    Fibra Plus was created through a trust agreement entered into with Banco Azteca as Trustee, in Mexico City.
